Terms of use

These terms describe the information service RecalledMeds provides and the limits needed to keep package results useful and honest.

Information service

RecalledMeds organizes and explains recall evidence. It is not a government service, a healthcare provider or a substitute for official recall instructions. Results depend on the package details supplied and the source versions indexed at the displayed cutoff.

No medical advice

Do not use RecalledMeds as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Do not stop or change a medicine solely because of this service. Contact a pharmacist, clinician, manufacturer or the applicable regulator for individual guidance.

No guarantee of completeness

Sources can be delayed, corrected, unavailable or incomplete. A no-indexed-match result does not guarantee that a package is unaffected. RecalledMeds reports source coverage and material conflicts so users can judge the available evidence.

Accounts and acceptable use

Accounts are limited to people at least 18 years old. Users must provide accurate package details, protect their credentials and avoid scraping, disruption, unauthorized access or attempts to publish unverified corrections. Community submissions are quarantined for review.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will receive a new version date. Existing evidence and package decisions keep their original rule and source versions even when presentation or policy language changes.
